The IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF) is a non-profit society, established in 1997 to provide an active institutional framework for professional development, interaction and networking for the alumni of IBS.

All students who successfully complete the PG Programs of IBS are eligible for membership in IBSAF. Currently, IBSAF has around 16,000 members. With many IBS alumni pursuing careers in the corporate world in various locations in Asia-Pacific, Australia, USA, Europe and Middle East, IBSAF now has a global presence.

IBSAF facilitates networking among alumni by organizing alumni reunions, batch meets and other related activities. It also assists alumni in lateral career movement and career development. IBSAF also tries to create opportunities where alumni can interact with current IBS students. It also endeavors to provide prospective students a glimpse into the growth of IBS alumni through various links hosted on IBSAF website (www.ibsaf.org).

The objectives of IBSAF are:

	To promote the philosophy and values of IBS related to business education and practice, among academia and industry.
	To work with IBS on continuing education programs for the benefit of IBS alumni.
	To promote knowledge-sharing among IBS faculty, students and alumni.
	To cater to the networking needs of the IBS alumni by enabling frequent exchanges of views at seminars and reunions, and through periodicals and newsletters.
